Norman L. Whiteside
Norm Whiteside has over twenty-five years of experience in financing real estate. Acting as the President of Realty Finance Company he directs the firm's growth and heads its team of originators and underwriters.

Prior to joining Realty Finance Company he worked for several commercial banks: Fleet, Casco Northern, and Midlantic National Bank. In addition, he formed and directed Sunbeam Mortgage Company, a Florida company specializing in real estate finance.

He is active in the MBA and MEREDA, a Maine real estate forum dealing with issues and concerns affecting the real estate community. Mr. Whiteside has a BME from the University of Florida, and a MM from Indiana University.

Eric Hansen
Eric Hansen founded Realty Finance Company, LLC in 1995 after identifying a marketing opportunity in the commercial real estate finance market. Eric is a principal of the organization and oversees administration of the company as well as remaining the primary contact for lenders.

Eric worked in the telecommunications and software industry prior to forming RFC. Additionally, he owned and managed several multi-family units until 1994..

He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in history in 1985.

John Flynn
John Flynn has 24 years of experience in financing real estate in the southern and central Maine market areas. He has been with Realty Finance Company, LLC since 1997, serving in the capacity of Senior Vice President.

Prior to joining Realty Finance Company, LLC he worked most recently for First NH Bank and Fleet Bank of Maine.

Mr. Flynn has an Associates Degree from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Babson College.

Angela Pelletier
Angela Pelletier has fourteen years of experience working in various positions related to commercial real estate development and presently serves as the company's underwriter.

Prior to joining Realty Finance Company, LLC she worked for Forrest Associates, Keegan Hospitality, and Coastal Bank.
